Dsmtuners recommends a few things:

Torque in steps, ie 30-60-90 ftlbs instead of each to 90 to prevent warping.

They also have a shit ton of info about torque amounts starting from page 9 until the end here.

Make the last step the biggest. If it's too small the torque wrench will just click without the nut turning (overcoming the initial starting friction). If this happens back them off and start over.
