04 GTP removing front seats

I'm wanting top take my fronts seat out to do a good detail of my interior.
Can anyone tell me how to take the fronts seat out?
The driverside seat is power forward and backward and has the lumbar thing that airs up and down.
I did a search but didnt help me out, if someone with experince removing the front seats in an 04 gtp I would greatly appreciate it.
