Rebuilding my Venture

My 01 Venture has had much work done since I've owned it. Something inside me just isn't ready to get rid of it yet. We've replaced the heads, the radiator, power steering pump, tie-rod, ball joint, wiper motor, and other things so far. Right now the only thing I find wrong with the truck now is the rust eating away the rocker panels, and quarter panels around the tire.

Sliding doors on the side have issues when using the auto slider, and now the drivers side window motor doesn't work. Is this vehicle worth working on, or should I look at getting a new one? There's only 150,000 miles on it.

I see you are in Western New York as am I. The rust will only get worse. You could just continue to drive it as it is until the rust moves to the subframe/suspension mounts. That may take years to do. Or, you could try to fix it but only if you are going to do it yourself as it would cost an arm and a leg to pay someone to do it.
