2000 Jimmy leaking coolantgatorbite2 03-03-2010, 12:55 PM i have a small leak from my intake seems this is kinda common on other years also my question is is there a new gasket out or manifold to help fix this problem from happening again or does a one time normal fix cure the problem Thanks Airjer_ 03-03-2010, 12:59 PM The aftermarket gaskets seem to do a lot better job sealing them up. We have used the felpro metal and plastic and have had good results with both. Do yourself a favor and get a high quality RTV to use in the intake valley. The right stuff silver has been good to us as well as the Audi/volkswagen grey RTV. old_master 03-03-2010, 05:44 PM Felpro MS98002T, if installed correctly and torqued properly, will not leak.
