93 cutlass 3.1 fuesable link burnt into

i think the fuseable link is burnt into because i have put a new alternator onthe car and a 100 dollar battery still not charging needing to know where this might be at is it the one coming off the cylinoid going to the alternator or what thank you, i have pretty much done everything else

Welcome to AF, check the harnesses at the starter to see if you have fusible links in that year, I don't think so, you may have hd main fuses in the panel uner the hood.
