1995 Lumina 3.8L spark plugs

Good Morning,
I have a 1995 Chevy lumina mini van with the 3.8L V6 can anyone tell me what is the easiest (if there is one) to change the back spark plugs?.
I would just like some tips or tricks to do this?.

SOme others remove the dogbone at thre front of engine and pull/tilt the engine forward a few inches; there is even a special tool that goes in the place of the dogbone and it will pull the engine forward...
