'97 Riviera, Heated seat and air ride...

I have a couple of questions maybe someone can help. My riviera's "hi-lo" lights are on on the heated seat button. the heated seat is inopperable, where should i start? also, my air shocks in the back haven't worked for years now. i found a blown fuse under the seat, replaced it and still nothing. where is the compressor located in the car and where should i start on the air ride? thanks for you help
