Let the most this contract.
Open-end, because the TRANSKIT has much to be done than to have some wrong parts before the references.

let's get to it.

Pictures of reference:

All resin parts, except the wheels, have received due care to remove burrs, glue broken pieces in the transport and are ready to be transplanted in the body of the kit.
The wheels that came in the kit are not correct as reference below. So did the thinning due to round the hub of the wheel with the intention of getting as close as possible to reality.
Look at the differences in the two wheels at the top of the picture has changed from the two below.

TRANSKIT tires are very bad. Tires are slick and will look for others to replace. The silicone rubber seems to be, but with a very low hardness.

For now that's it.
Criticisms or suggestions are welcome.

Hi Paul,

I also like, but in some models of Ferrari. Current prefer the prepared and the former and 250 GTO, 250 TR, 246 Dino are the models that I like more.
Soon will put the assembly 250GTO. I'm just waiting to reach the parts that I ordered.

Thanks for stopping by. Hugs

Hi,

Thanks for giving me this shortcut, because it knew he had so many problems to align the pieces.
But I think my pieces are a little better than yours.
I'll make the cuts and pre assembly and post here.
Again Thank you for this review

Wonderful start! Good idea making the wheels better!

I think the tires from the Tamiya Accord racing kit look good but, are a little wide for the rims. I am going to use them on a 430 that I have in progress.

Mark - Tires Tamiya Accord are small that are used by this model. If not, I will turn a number to get mold and make my own tires. Thanks for following.

Paolo - I want to purchase this TRANSKIT the SLR 722 GT also.
If you want my advice on this TRANSKIT, buy only the likes of the car. I've heard stories from other hobbyists who have purchased and have not had the same fate as me. I have to redo some problems, but are simple for now.
Others, like the one mentioned above, are having a lot of work.
It is small it is interesting to check whether or not to purchase the model.
If you buy, good luck and if I can help with something, tell me.
Thanks for following.

Tuned - Thanks for following.

Let's move on to another small update.
What was taken from the car bodies to receive the TRANSKIT

Heats away from here, paste there and so on, but in the end everything went well.
To straighten the rear shock to, settled on the bench clamps and heated with heat gun and was legally in position. I had to make minor corrections.
Bumper fixed on the bench

The impression it gives is that test very warped, but that is not the carrocerria was not aligned to the shock, so this impression, ok?
Body-sided bumper already pasted

Setting the trunk lid - still has some modications to be made as the missing aerofolio relief to limit the area of carbon fiber and painted part. Small details that only after studying some references is that we can see.

For how much this kit costs they should've done a whole body. Nice progress.

Thanks for following.

Mid, I agree with you. Really cost too much to have so many defects. They should even make the entire body. I am telling all and I will send to the manufacturer. There are copies worse than mine out there. They do not possess quality control. Unfortunately not.

Soon updates
Thanks everyone

looks great with primer.

about slr gt:
I've bought the tk..but I received a curved bonnet and wrong rims.LOL. I told to seller via paypal, and he sent another curved bonnet, so..old school..I fixed it with warm water and a lot of screams.
Right now my designer finished the decal sheet.I just miss the kit..waiting for some very cheap price on ebay.If the work to fit it over tamiya kit is similar to the one u are doing to this 599...think it will sleep for long time inside the box.
