Thanks man. It is in perfect condition. I bought it from this old former Marine officer and once I told him I used to be a Marine he wanted to sell it to me bad. The car is bone stock aside from a cheap muffler. The guy had no idea about the car at all, other than it was turbo and awd.

It also has 20" rims, which is a bit weird driving down the freeway.

No plans currently, It will be my DD for a while as my Honda will be in the shop for a while.

Well by no plans, I mean nothing beyond the basic bolt ons. I am going to change the rims as soon as possible.

And yes, I will probably be trolling (not in the literal sense) around.

Yeah I hate them too. But the fact that I know I can get about five hundred for them sweetened the deal a bit.

And thanks. To answer your other question it has cloth seats, but they are in perfect condition.

Awesome. Welcome back man... The car looks great! Aside from the wheels... Anything larger than 18" is too much on a DSM I think... Still in Cali or in FL now?

Just looked at the pics again (first time I looked at them on my phone), I can't believe how great a shape the paint is. I mean look at the pieces that go right below the window, they normally chip up and yours looks perfect. Great find man.

I'm in CA right now. San Diego again. Not sure If I will make my way back to FL anytime soon.

Almost looks repainted.

And indeed you are correct, the car was repainted. Not a great paint job, but it sure looks great!

I'll take some engine pics, but it's just a stocker with a blue head cover.

Also forgot to mention that the compression was about 155 across the board. Every cylinder was exactly the same, I was pretty happy. Some engine pics to come as soon as my camera recharges.

I normally don't like the 1st gen style but I like this one.

Alright. I already have an intake, MBC, gauges, a cat back, some K-sport coilovers, strut bars, short throw, on the way.

I also think I am going to have to replace the bushings, freaking car is squeaky as hell sometimes.

Welcome.

Careful with short-throws that aren't plate-style, set the wheels on fire (now), and enjoy your manly 1g.
