97 4Runner V6 valve cover leak

Got a quote from the dealer ($350) to replace both valve cover gaskets that are leaking oil. Is this a reasonable quote? What is the danger if I let this problem go on?

Considering the labor rate is probably $100/hr, it's probably 2+ hrs of work plus parts, it's probably not that bad, even tho it's a lot of $.
