04 accord lx 4dr. p0171, hard start

hey guys got an active p0171 and also a hard start when cold, after the car has been sitting for 8 hours or so otherwise runs fine. 02s, map, maf all appear to be good. it seems like the fuel is draining back so im thinking possibly a fuel psi regulator. Does anyone know if the fuel psi regulators are common issues on these cars?
