03 heater core replacement

I have a buddy with a 03 Galant ES with a 4 cyc. engine. His heater core went and he needs to replace it. Can someone tell me were it is located and how to get access to it. Thanks.

Usually it is located behind the dash on the passenger side. I would recommend getting a Haynes or Chiltons manual to do the job. Good luck!
