ECM Fuse problems

A friend of mine is chasing an electrical demon in his 1988 S-10 Blazer. He told me that it keeps popping the ECM B-fuse. He checked the wires going to the relay center and the fuse box and they look good. No loose connections or bare wires. He also checked the wires going to the ECM. They looked good also. I don't have any way of going to where he is to help out so I thought I would try the minds on here to try to find him a possible answer.

Any ideas on what he should check or anyone who has had this problem before?

How often does it do it?
What engine?

EMC-B fuse feeds power to fuel pump relay and ECM/computer and engine oil pressure switch to fuel pump.

Check fuel pump and wiring for shorting out and oil pressure switch for short or shorted wiring.

The orange wire is power feed from fuse to relay and ECM and oil pressure switch
