Code PO401 EGR insufficent flow detectedcaptclit 11-11-2009, 07:06 AM Have replaced EGR vacuum regulator, verfied that EGR valve holds vacuum, opens and shuts, good vacuum @ the regulator, have voltage @regulator. You have to remove the valve to check this. captclit 11-15-2009, 05:29 AM Turn out to be carbon between egr and throttle body.
