This is on a buddy's car. Sometimes it run's fine and sometime's you can hold it wide open, and it won't turn over 1200 rpm. They've( Nissan dealer) put a new throttle pedal and some other boxes on it and it still does it. Any help would be very much appreciated ! Thank's !
