I want to install fog lights in my 1999 windstar but there is really no place to install them. Because of the time change the evenings have become very dark and it has been raining lots here and it is very difficult to see. The windstar doesnt have the best of lights. I am using silverstar 9007 headlights but they are not very helpful. So my question is does anyone know of any good fog lights they have installed on their windstars?
I have found these (http://inpcars.com/fog/281.html) and (http://shop.oreillyauto.com/ProductDetail.aspx?MfrCode=TIG&MfrPartNumber=19565900&PartType=323&PTSet=A) everywhere online and they state they are for 1999 windstars but I really dont know where to mount them. Has anyone installed these? They are oem ford fog lights but they only seem to fit on the pre 1999 windstars can someone help meeee?

The Windstar 99 SE, SEL, limited come with fog light as standard equipment, but not in your LX, cause you don't have holes in your front bumper for it. So it'll not fit directly.

If you still want to install fog light, you can use no OEM fog light. I mean, fog light that is designed to fit even if your bumper is not made for it. They will screw on your bumper.

You will pass insulated wire through your bumper (so they will not be visible). You connect them to GND, and to the headlight relay output.

The best brand of headlight and fog light is GE NightHawk. Better range at night.
