I have a 2000 Grand cherokee 4.7. It stalls while driving & after about 20
25 minutes it starts & runs. I have a code PO340 (camshaft position sensor)Where is the sensor located & how hard is it to replace.BUT
I've been told that this is not the problem. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I changed the sensor & it ran good for about & hr.
Than I drove it about a mile & it died. It ran & died
4 times within a 5 minute period. Now I can put in it neutral,start it & keep it running by feathering the gas. It runs rough & has a fuel smell coming out of the exhaust. I have another code P1296.
(5 volts output to map sensor open) Do you know what this means?
