I tried a keyless entry fob from a 95 Lumina on a 99 Lumina and it didn't work. I grounded the wire in the trunk on the 99 and the locks went up and down so I know it has the option. I guess the 99 uses a different transmitter.

Ebay shows different transmitters for the 95 and 99 years. I was hoping to get an exact transmitter part number so I don't buy the wrong one.

Richtazz used the last 8 digits of the VIN (X1107603) to give me the exact transmitter part number. I was hoping he could do this again or maybe someone else who has that kind of information available.
