Solid mounts- Pros' and cons'

What are the pros and cons of solid mounts
I hear alot of good things like the car is more responsive
but motors vibrate and if it can't ?
What are the reprocotion of this mod?

The only con is slightly more vibration at idle.

We have done a ton of solid mounts. The trick is too only do the bottom mounts. If you replace all four with solids then you almost definitely will have some vibration. If you leave both uppers stock then there is some room to absorb. Also its usually a pain to put in all 4 solids because there is no play and the engine has to be sitting exactly right. At a minimum the rear should be done. The rear mount takes most of the force during acceleration and it goes out first, then the others follow.

There's really no cons at all.

you will feel a little vibration inside the cabin during driving, but it's not annoying, and most people would never notice it.

They are TOTALLY worth it. And Maximal Performance is the one who actually makes them.

LOL We actually make them too. My welder has made them for us for like 5-6 years now, though we used to only do them on customer cars, we started selling them separate in the last 2 years or so.
