After finally getting around to fixing the Camry after it over heated. I replaced the Water Inlet Housing, did a compression test, drained and replaced the fluids and all seems OK, however....

There is a bit of a tick coming from the motor (Cam cover area)... any ideas on what that could be... I remember this was already there before the overheat though.
