Century-AC Fuse Blowing

Hi- Any thoughts on this issue:
AC Compressor was replaced and everytime AC is turned on the fuse blows.

What year Century is this?

The A/C fuse is supposed to be the A/C clutch fuse. Did the compressor come with a new clutch assembly?
