This is the low threshold code Bank 1. It's an o2 Sensor. However I don't know where the sensors are located. Also the shop states it may be bank 2 spitting off the bank 1 code.. Any Idears?? The Sensor/s went bad due to the recent issue I had posted (Secondary Air Injection System Fault), and the shop replaced just about the whole system, anyways in a nut shell allota water in my air system caused this...

P0420 is indicative of a bad catalytic converter rather than a bad O2 sensor. Here's an explanation of the code: http://www.obd-codes.com/p0420

Not unless the sensors are damaged, the catalytic converter is the likely problem.
