Scroll down to Quest and choose year, then go to section EC page 384 it has steps to check out problem. Check the connectors for corrision, looseness, out of place or bent pronges on connectors.

Check the speed sensor. It would make sense that if the speedo and cruise both stopped that this would be the common link. Its a $60 part and rockauto.com
