i have a 99 town car that the power seat on the driver side, mirrors, door locks and trunk release have quit working. there are no fuses under the dash that that are blown. there is a 30 amp maxi fuse under the hood that is blown. replaced it but it blew again. the owners manual says that fuse controls the driver seat, I/P fuse panel, and fuse 30? what is the I/P fuse panel? any help to this problem would be great..thanks

Sounds like a wire under the seat is pinched. I can set you up with the 1999 wire diagrams if you need 'em.
