So this car the taillights are always on and drain the battery down so the car wont start. I read on the internet that theese have issues with the front cowl drain filling with water from the drain being clogged and water getting in the car and shorting out the SAM (signal activation module).
Anyone know where this is? Some people said its under the rear seat?

Well I looked at the car and the SAM is bad, its the fuse relay pannel module under the passenger rear seat bottom. But I can not find out how to removethe rear seat. I yanked on it and it will not come up, must be bolted down but I saw no bolts anywhere...??

you should have found out how to get the seat off, did you try and replace the sam? Just an fyi for others .. sam control units along with other computers on these newer cars require coding, you can plug in a new one but it will not work correctly until you code it.
