My wifes envoy has started to act a bit erratic. After I backed out of a parking spot I put the car in drive but the car wouldn't respond. I put the car in neutral and the car started to go backwards. I shut off the car and then restarted the ignition and everything was back to normal. Any idea what happened?

Welcome , in N but went into reverse or was it on an hill?
