Has anyone with a 2004 or newer Camry had an alignment done? If so, how much did it cost and did could the shop do it without having to modify the suspension??

It depends on what needs to be adjusted. Most alignments are menu priced. $XX.xx dollars for a front wheel $XX.xx for a four wheel. Additional parts like camber bolts will be extra.
