JVC KD-HDR50 vs Pioneer DEHP5100UB

My friend is looking to replace the factory CD Receiver. After going through countless reviews and research, he has narrowed his final purchase decisions down to JVC KD-HDR50 and Pioneer DEHP5100UB. Both of them work great and have nice sound quality/features.
Need your advice/views to select the best one.
