This kit was left for dead until I saw the KA Model S55 transkit, This just might be worth the build.

Resin and Photo etched parts are pretty nice.

Parts after cutting, sanding & cleaning. I also cut the AMG wheels to put in sleeves because they seem too small like Fujimi's.

Had to do minimal cutting to the car body.

Cool idea, i saw that AMG transkit the other day, looks like a good idea. Cant wait to see your progress, are you going to use the AMG wheels or something ....bigger....? What colour are you thinking about?
Cant wait to see more!!!!

Will the wheels fit into pagesus sleeves? First one on here with the t-kit, can't wait for more progress. Good luck.

Hey guys, I am using the AMG wheels that came with the kit but did a little cutting and grinding to get them in the Pagesus sleeves. They were more easier to work with than the Fujimi AMG wheels from the E55 kit. The car body color is the hard part. I can only think of Black, Silver or Mica Grey for now. Any ideas are always welcome.

Thanks for all the nice comments guys because that helps when all the builds get to be a little much. You know someone will appreciate the outcome. I know I love what I see from others on AF. And yes, I do seem to have a thing for Merc AMGs lately NissanSkylineGTR98. I think I will buy me a used E55 one day. The real one.

Here is some updates. The kit is turning out pretty decent after all.

White Painted body.

Primed w/ wheels. I sometimes think white would look good on this thing.

Color is Tamiya Metallic Black but I don't like it much. I may change the color.

Don't look bad but not a big fan of Metallic colors.

I think white would have been a good choice, but he black is just as nice. I think you should keep the color how it is. Stripping it might just give you more problems.
