1995 Grand Am has a hard time starting in the morning but once it gets going it runs good?

Check the fuel pressure. It is possible that the fuel pressure regulator is going bad and not holding pressure in the lines. If it is dropping pressure while sitting it will take some time for the fuel pump to build enough pressure to start the car. That is why it starts easily when it is warm.
