Are all warning lights supposed to come on when you turn the ignition to 'run' ?

'low washerfluid'
'trunk ajar'
'door ajar'
'traction'
'hazard'

do not come on at the bulb test. The first 3 work though. Never seen the last 2 work, 'hazard' doesn't work with hazard lights on.

The bulbs are ok. Any ideas what could be the problem?
