Im doing the gaskets on my motor and on the oil pan the two front bolts have threads in the pan!im not sure how its supposed to thread into the block if there are threads on the pan!does anyone know? i never removed any bolts from the timming chain cover so i have know clue if i need the two front ones to seal the pan or or if bolts come down from the timming chain cover, if they are just for bolting something else on to the pan!:runaround:

sorry i figured it out now i feel dumb after i pulled the pan off again!thet dont even go right through the pan!lol!just for bolt on lines!
