98 crown vic rear end problem

i got a 98 crown vic p71 and i recently had my rear end gears changed to 3.90's and a positive carrier from a mustang and, before i got it changed i could do burnouts with my 22's on, now it starts to burnout then slow down and barely leave smoke. Can somebody please help me out

What does that mean, the engine doesn't have the power or what?
