I have not tuned up a vehicle since my injury, but I have to get back into it since I bought the big Yukon. I have the tools and the OE plugs. I looked into the engine compartment and found metal heat guards on the spark plug boots over the spark plugs. Do I need a special tool to get these off, I could not pull them off by hand?

Should pull off, cold of course.
