1990 toyota pickup, 4x4, 4.10 gearing.
Machanic did'nt set preload on pinion and blew rear dif.
I found 1994 rear end same, 4x4 4.10 gear. Can I swap entire rear end?

Yes, and you don't need to swap the whole axle, just the diff.
