I have an altima 2002 2.5S wont start.I have checked there is no spark at all at plugs.
Could anyone know what cause this.

Could be quite a few things. Could be plug wires, distributor, dis cap, ignition coil, rotor, or the plugs themselves. A tune up should rule out most of the simple stuff.
