94 Intrepid - Intermittent Turn Signal

The car is parked outside, and on those cooler nights where there is some heavy dew or rain, the first start in the morning usually experiences a loss in the left turn signal. The right turn signal will work fine. When the left signal is selected, the flasher does not activate (you normally can hear the relay pop on/off). And both front and rear and the dash indicator do not flash, accordingly. When the right signal is selected, the flasher and lights work all fine. Within about 10-15 minutes of engine run time, the left signal will start functioning properly. On warmer/dryer mornings, there is no issue with the left signal. I am not sure if I am chasing a ground problem, a moisture problem, a cold-soaking problem. All recommendations are greatly appreciated!:runaround:

Next time it happens leave the turn signal switch on and cycle the hazard flasher on and back off and see if the signal starts working.
