cat. converter, 02 sensors, etc.drichers 09-30-2009, 09:35 AM I had to have a new cat.installed in May 2008. It died on me on a trip and the dealership said it was "clogged." This week I get a service engline light and am told the 02 sensors are bad. I had all 4 replaced and still have the light on. Could cat be going bad again? What is the warranty on a GM cat installed at a dealership? I am not feeling the love with my tahoe lately. j cAT 09-30-2009, 09:39 AM I had to have a new cat.installed in May 2008. Originally, i was told it was clogged from age and needed to be replaced. (150,000 miles) This week i was told " cat readings were above threshold and it probably was the 02 sensors since they had never been replaced. He did not give me the error code numbers. j cAT 09-30-2009, 08:22 PM He didn't give me the numbers. Originally, i was told it was clogged from age and needed to be replaced.
