I have a water leak from the driver's side on my 2003 Impala ( hard to believe but its not comming from passenger side ( fixed the loose cowl seal for cabin filter area last year )

I have removed the plastic trim from the knee bolster panels, kick plate, fuse panel and A-pillar. I can see water dripping down near the fuse block area to the floor. I followed it up to the top of the A-pillar near headliner and windshield area. I had a crack in the windshield ( unrelated ), and asked the glass guy if the drivers top corner of the glass was not sealed. He removed the old glass and had me inspect with him. He indicated that all looked good and could not find any indicator that would cause water leak.

Anybody with same problem that has an idea where this may be comming from ????

could check where the cowl and firewall come together, or in the cowl where the air intake for the ventelation comes in. i work in sealer in a nissan assembly plant, so not too familiar with the newer gm cars. hope ive helped.

Thanks for the reply but unfortunately I traced the leak to the top of the drivers side A-pillar and windshield/ headliner. I suppose next step is to drop headliner asm.
