My 88 recently started having problems. The headlights, horn, radio, interior lights and the high setting on the blower all stopped working at the same time. I checked all fuses and relays and all seem fine. I spent a whole day looking for bad wiring to no avail. Then the next day I started the car and everything was working again. After about 20 minutes of driving everything stopped again. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe its a bad ground somewhere? I'm no expert on this kind of stuff but i'd check the ground that goes from the engine to the firewall and maybe the one at the alternator. Not sure if theres any other important ones but check all of em if you can.

grounds can be the problem,,,also with the vehicle this old fuseable links that are corroded [green] usually are the problem,,,check at the starter motor...
