04 JGC transfer case rebuildjgentil 09-27-2009, 03:37 PM My JCG has a model number 247-J transfer case. Is this a difficult rebuild? Where can one buy all the parts for it? LowBudgetBuilt 09-27-2009, 04:26 PM I've only ever rebuilt a couple Np231 and np241 t-cases neither were very difficult for me but mechanical abilities can vary. all you really need is a set of standard and metric sockets, grip ring pliers, at least 2 flat blade screw drivers, and some parts cleaner and Black high temp RTV..... here's a web site for the kit though and i have personally ordered from these guys before.
