Need to remove the gas tank on my 1997 F-150. I have the tank lowered enough to access the top of the tank. There are 2 aluminum type fittings entering the top of the tank near the front. I can't figure out how to disconnect them. I removed the safety clip, but don't see how to disconnect from there. Thanks

Probally takes a special fuel line realese tool and DO NOT FORCE THEM OUT!Most people do this and screw up the clip inside making it a pain for the next person working on it.Most parts stores sell the fuel line release tool as a set and the set is under $20.00.
