My '93 Regal stalls when hot. Sometime it will restart immediately but stalls again and other times it will not start until it cools down. My mechanic can't find the problem. There are no computer codes. He's replaced the computer module but the problem persists. Any ideas? Has anyone else experienced this problem?

These symptoms are most often caused by either a bad crankshaft position sensor or a bad ignition module. Furthermore, these parts seldom trigger any troublecodes when they fail.
