bogging at 55-60 mph

My 93' regal will pull hard when I floor it from like 35 until 55 then it bogs out until after 60 then it pulls hard again any idea.

When is the last time you changed the fuel filter? What is the fuel pressure?

how does it run/shift at part throttle? Is the issue only at WOT?
