Besides pouring so slowly so that the oil doesn't leak out the opening and drip down the block, is there any type of device that can be inserted to help this. My Sienna was made in Mexico. Do the US models have the same problem. It's like pouring wine slowly. Poor design. Any ideas???

You could use a funnel. Or there are some screw-on types that let you adjust how fast it pours out.

Thanks for the tips. I did buy a similar type funnel and will try at next oil change. What an issue that Toyota created though with this 3.3 engine design. I wonder how many other DIYs ran into this issue.
