The ABS/red brake warning light (rbwl) both come on if there is a fault in the ABS. The rbwl comes on by itself when the parking brake is on or there is a pressure loss in the system due to a leak. Your best bet is to get someone to pull the ABS code for you so you could narrow it down.

I was thinking of replacing the abs sensor on the pumpkin (Not sure if this is a good idea) but it is only 12bucks? any thoughts on this?

The truck seems to drive fine and breaks work great, Would it hurt to drive it say like 200 mils round trip pulling a horse trailer?

Sounds like you need to rebleed the brakes & master including the ABS cylinder this time. I'd switch to synthetic while I was at it. The brakes are functional, but will lack ABS Assist till you deal w/ it. There's a piston in the valve that actuates one of two solenoid switches (warning lights on) if not bled correctly. When bled correctly, it centers itself between the two (lights out).

Dot5 is a pain in the ass to bleed on anything but a motorcycle. Air bubbles break up so easily in it that it makes it beyond a chore to bleed. It isn't hygroscopic so any moisture in the system tends to stay wherever it gets hung up at which can cause corrosion. It is also expensive as hell compared to Dot3/4. Also some of the rubber seals in a Dot3/4 system might not be compatible with the silicone either. Dot3/4 is MORE than adequate for a normal brake system and a lot less trouble/expensive.
