Trying to find an owners manual for a 1993 wagon (to be precise, although it's probably the same manual as the sedan). In the short term, I need to see a diagram of the fuse block. My wife's front windshield washer isn't working while the back one is; I need to know if there are two motors on separate fuses or what. Thanks to all who come by (and especially to those who come through).

Can't help you with the owner's manual other than suggesting you check eBay or a salvage yard.

As for the fuse for the liftgate washer, your 1993 should be very similar to this diagram for the 1994. The fuse for the front windshield washer is shared with the fuse for the front wipers, 30-amp fuse #2 in the instrument panel fuse panel. For the rear washer you want 15-amp fuse #6. Fuse #2 provides power for the front wipers and the front washer, so if the wipers work, the fuse isn't the problem.

Thank you for the diagrams, shorod; but it isn't the liftgate washer that was the problem: It's the main washer, on the front windshield. When I trigger the front washer, the wipers wipe; but nothing comes from the front washer. I'm not even sure I hear the sound of a pump running. I see one of the diagrams points to a front washer pump motor (it reads "To C-100, page 81-2"); do you have the diagram to which this refers?

Right, the diagrams are there for both, front wiper/washer (upper diagram) and rear wiper/washer (lower diagram). I guess the main thing to take from the diagrams is that front and rear take power from different fuses, and in both cases the same fuse provides power for wash and wipe function so you don't need to worry about the fuses being the issue.

Page 81-2 is in my service manual, but I haven't saved it off and uploaded it because all it shows is that same wire going to a washer pump, you won't really gain any new info from that diagram (and I was too lazy to save it off).

I think your next step would be to have someone activate the washer pump while you listen/feel for the pump to run. If it doesn't run, use a test light or multimeter to check for voltage to the black/white wire for the pump and see if it's getting power. You might be better off with a test light since it will require more current than a multimeter, indicating if there is a high resistance in the line. If it's getting power and the pump doesn't run, verify the other wire to the pump is supplying good ground, then condemn the pump.
