How do you get to, then change a fuel pump in a 99 avenger?

Under the backseat take off backseat from the 2 hinge type things. car might have foil type thing there could remove all of it or just cut a square out should be 4 philps screws just pop up and fuel pump is under just disconect hoses and its off. like a 30min job maybe :naughty: if your car is coopertive
