I have the 1st button on the Homelink go all the way in. I have been told by a Lincoln dealer that it is not possible to replace the buttons. They stated that the whole console would have to be replaced at a cost of $1600. I know this has to be just a sales pitch. Any idea what part I need to order & how to remove the console? Thanks.

Post a photo please... I can look at the 2003 FSM and see if there's any other options.. but I would like to see a photo too.
