Daytime Running LightsEchos Myron 09-13-2009, 09:34 PM I have a '98 Tahoe. I've seen far newer trucks without lights on during the day, so I know there is a way to bypass the DRL system. How do you do it? I'm surprised that there is no option to turn them off. I find them very annoying, not to mention the fact that I don't need the draining of the battery. Thanks. laxman21 09-14-2009, 08:54 AM I have a '98 Tahoe. I've seen far newer trucks without lights on during the day, so I know there is a way to bypass the DRL system. How do you do it? I think it controls DLRs and fog lights. roadrunner2 09-14-2009, 11:56 PM 2002 Tahoe Underhood fuse box: fuse marked IGN E controls the A/C compressor relay, the rear window defogger, Daytime Running Lamps and A.I.R. systems.
